Fully Managed Outbound

Your next customer
shouldn’t depend on luck.

We do all the heavy lifting — strategy, infrastructure, data, copywriting, outreach and continuous optimization — so you can focus on closing deals.

You only pay per qualified meetings.

No retainersNo setup feesNo risk

Your investment begins only when results do.

How our service works

You define the outcome. We handle everything else.

You define what a qualified opportunity looks like. We build and run the outbound system that delivers it.

01

We write down the target and the standard

In one call we fix the job titles, headcount band, industries, countries and exclusion list. We agree the five conditions a meeting must meet to be billed, plus a weekly cap so you're never oversold.

Both lists are in your agreement before the first email goes out.

02

We build the list account by account

We pull companies from Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator against your filters, then check each one by hand: right size, right country, no current supplier conflict, decision-maker named. Every email is verified before sending and bounces are removed the same day.

No bought lists, no scraped databases, no contact we haven't opened the profile of.

03

We set up the sending infrastructure

Separate domains and Microsoft 365 mailboxes for your campaign, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, then a three-week warm-up before volume. Roughly 20–30 emails per mailbox per day so you stay out of spam folders.

Your main company domain is never used for outbound.

04

We personalise on one specific trigger

Each first email opens with something we found on that account — a job posting, a funding round, a service page, a recent hire or a LinkedIn post — followed by one sentence on the problem it implies and one clear ask. Three follow-ups over twelve days, then the contact is closed out.

No merge-tag templates. You can read every sequence before it ships.

05

We qualify in the inbox before booking

Every reply comes to us. Before offering a time we confirm the person's role, the fit of their company and the problem they're trying to solve, and we ask what they want out of the call. Anything that fails a criterion is answered honestly and closed, not pushed onto your calendar.

Only prospects that meet all agreed criteria reach your diary.

06

You get a research brief before each call

One page, sent when the meeting is booked: company snapshot, the person's role and remit, the trigger we used, their reply in full, the pain they stated, likely objections and three suggested questions.

You walk in knowing who they are and why they engaged.

07

You pay per meeting that happens

Invoiced monthly, per qualified meeting that actually took place. No-shows are rebooked once at our cost; if they never attend, they're removed from the invoice.

No retainer, no setup fee, no-show = no charge.

The standard

What we bill as a qualified meeting

Five conditions. All five have to be true before a meeting appears on your invoice. We write them into your agreement before we send a single email.

  • 01Role match

The person on the call holds the title and seniority we agreed on — owner, director or head of the function that buys your offer, with budget authority or direct influence over it.

  • 02Company match

The company sits inside the ICP we signed off together: industry, headcount band, geography and any exclusion list you give us.

  • 03Stated pain

In writing, in their own words, they described a problem your offer solves. We forward you the reply that says it.

  • 04Confirmed booking

A time is held on your calendar with a calendar invite accepted by the prospect. A positive reply on its own is not a meeting.

  • 05The meeting happens

The prospect shows up. No-shows are rebooked once at our cost, and if they never attend, the meeting is not billed.

What we never bill you for

  • A reply that says "send me more info".

  • A booking from someone outside the agreed role or company profile.

  • A meeting the prospect never attends.

  • A prospect already in your CRM or on your exclusion list.

Pay per qualified meeting

Who we work with

We don’t work with everyone.
Because results come before revenue.

Our pay-per-meeting model means we invest our own time, infrastructure and expertise long before seeing a return.

That’s why we only take on a limited number of clients at a time, ensuring every partnership receives the attention and resources needed to deliver exceptional results.

You’re probably not a fit if…

  • Your offer still isn't clearly defined.

  • You don't know who your ideal customer is.

  • You aren't ready to handle qualified sales conversations.

  • You're looking for a shortcut instead of building a repeatable acquisition system.

You’re likely a great fit if…

  • You have a clear offer and know who it helps.

  • You're ready to invest in predictable growth.

  • You have someone responsible for closing new business.

  • You're looking for a long-term outbound partner, not a quick fix.

See If You’re a Good Fit

It only takes a few minutes to find out if Sellestry is the right partner for your business.

Pricing

One pricing model. That’s it.

No retainer. No setup fee. You pay only for qualified meetings that meet the five criteria we agree on together — and only when they actually take place.

Pay per Qualified Meeting

150 – 350 €per qualified meeting, typically

Where you land in that band depends on how narrow your ICP is, how senior the role is, and how many meetings you want per month. We confirm your exact price in writing before we start — it never changes mid-campaign.

  • No retainers
  • No setup fees
  • No long-term contracts
  • Pay only for results

A no-show is rebooked once at our cost. If the prospect never attends, it isn’t invoiced.

Who you work with

One person is accountable. That’s the point.

Roger Franquesa

Founder — Sellestry

I run Sellestry myself. I write the copy, build the prospect lists, read every reply and qualify every prospect before a meeting reaches your calendar. When you send an email, it comes to me, not to an account manager.

I chose the pay-per-meeting model because it is the only one where I carry the risk instead of you. I build the infrastructure, buy the domains and mailboxes, and spend the hours before a single euro is invoiced. If the meetings don't happen, I don't get paid.

  • You work with me directly — no account handovers.

  • A small number of clients at a time, on purpose.

  • I tell you when outbound is the wrong channel for your offer.

Working with a new partner

We’re early. Here’s why that works in your favour.

Sellestry is a young agency building its first client results. We’d rather say that plainly than dress it up — and then show you exactly what you get because of it.

You get founder attention, not a queue position

At a larger agency you are one account among dozens, handled by whoever was hired most recently. Here your campaign is one of a handful, run by the person who owns the outcome.

The process bends to your business

Nothing is locked into a template yet. If your buyers respond better to a different angle, list source or follow-up rhythm, we change it that week — not at the next quarterly review.

You keep direct access

One channel, one person, answers the same day. No ticket system, no account manager relaying questions to the team that actually runs your emails.

The risk sits on our side

Because we're building our track record, the pay-per-meeting model is not a promotion — it's how we work. We invest first and get paid only when meetings happen.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

We're paid for meetings that meet the agreed criteria, not for closed deals.

A meeting is billable when the person matches the role and seniority we agreed, the company matches your ICP, they described a relevant problem in writing, they accepted a calendar invite, and they showed up. Whether they buy depends on your offer, price and sales conversation — that part stays with you. If a booked prospect turns out not to match the criteria, we remove it from the invoice.

Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Sellestry is an early-stage agency building its first client results, so there are no client names, logos or numbers to show you. What we can show you is the process itself: how lists are built, how personalisation is done, the exact wording of the sequences, and the qualification standard we bill against. Judge the method — and the fact that we only get paid when meetings actually happen.

Tell us within 48 hours of the call and we remove it from the invoice.

If a meeting failed one of the five criteria — wrong role, wrong company profile, no stated problem, no-show — it isn't billed. We also review flagged meetings together and tighten the filters or the messaging before the next batch. There's no contract holding you in: you can stop the campaign at any time.

Sending starts around day 21; first meetings usually land in weeks 4 to 6.

The first three weeks go to strategy, domains, mailboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and mailbox warm-up — skipping that is what lands campaigns in spam. Once volume is live, replies come within days and the first qualified bookings typically follow inside two to three weeks, depending on how narrow your target market is.

Typically 250–500 € per qualified meeting, invoiced monthly after the meetings happen.

Your exact price is agreed in writing before launch and depends on ICP narrowness, seniority of the role and monthly volume. There is no retainer, no setup fee and no minimum spend. We pay for the domains, mailboxes and tools ourselves.

Account by account, by hand.

We pull companies from Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator using your filters, then verify each one: size, country, named decision-maker, no conflict with your exclusion list. Every email address is validated before sending. We don't buy lists.

No. We run the entire outbound infrastructure.

Separate domains, Microsoft 365 mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration, the sending tool and the scheduling link. Your own company domain is never used for outbound, so your internal email reputation stays untouched.

We do — and we qualify before offering a time.

Every reply comes to us. We confirm role, company fit and the problem they want to solve, then place the meeting on your calendar and send you a one-page research brief: company snapshot, the trigger we used, their reply in full, likely objections and three suggested questions.

Only B2B, and only where outbound makes sense.

You need a clear offer, a definable target audience and a deal size that justifies a per-meeting price. If outbound isn't the right channel for you, we'll say so on the call rather than take the work.

A short call to check fit in both directions.

We go through your offer, your ICP and your target criteria, then set the qualification standard and your per-meeting price in writing. If we're not the right partner for you, we'll tell you on that call.

Businesses that grow consistently
don’t wait for opportunities.
They create them.

We build the outbound system that makes that possible.

You have nothing to lose—and a predictable pipeline to gain.
